Weekly Announcements

Hope everyone had a great weekend. Here are some announcements for the week ahead:

• MEAP Testing this week on Tuesday (Math) and Wednesday (Writing Day 2)
• New AMPT schedule starts this week: P.E.--Monday & Friday; Technology--Tuesday; Art--Wednesday; Music--Thursday
• Milestone 2 due Thursday--20 Facts about your interest project written or typed in your own words.
• Parents as Partners Meeting--this Wednesday 6:00
• Silly Bandz--Go on sale this week. 50 cents each. Proceeds go to help 5th graders pay for camp.
• No Homework until after the MEAP. Thursday they'll have a math worksheet. Slice of Life will be due again on MONDAY, OCTOBER 25.
• Costumes will be allowed for our Harvest/Fall Fest on October 29. More info on this to come.
• This week we're reading poems about poems. If that doesn't make sense or if you're curious, read this.
